Lonpa Forkah Ulrich Russel, from Baligham, Santa Subdivision. Ulrich holds a Master’s degree in Public Health and is skilled in Crisis Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Epidemiological Evaluation, gained during his two years of service at the Regional Delegation of Public Health.

Ulrich is passionate about working with the transparent and collaborative team at H4BF, particularly in the areas of information and resource management. He brings extensive experience as a Monitoring and Evaluation expert on a vaccination campaign against meningitis, a role he played with the Regional Delegation of Public Health.

In his current position as MEAL Officer at H4BF, Ulrich is committed to improving child security and the lives of adolescent girls and young women. He leads efforts in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL), ensuring that all programs are rigorously assessed for effectiveness. Ulrich plays a key role in integrating lessons learned from these assessments into future program planning.
