Meet Nganjo Cliff, a dedicated and results-driven youth leader with a strong passion for empowering young entrepreneurs. Nganjo is a multifaceted professional with expertise in entrepreneurship, policy development, and youth empowerment. Currently, he contributes to policy design for the empowerment of youth in the Ministry of Youth Affairs in Cameroon.

With over two decades of experience, Nganjo has worked across several key ministries and organizations, including Plan Cameroon, the Ministry of Youth Affairs, and the Ministry of Small and Medium Size Enterprises, Social Economy, and Handicrafts. Throughout his career, Nganjo has held notable roles such as Field Worker, Divisional Delegate, and Sub Director for the Promotion of Small and Medium Size Enterprises, where he has had a direct impact on youth-focused programs and policies.

Nganjo’s significant contributions to policy development have particularly focused on youth empowerment. He has been instrumental in designing policies that aim to equip young people with the tools and resources necessary to thrive in entrepreneurship. His work in developing the National Policy for Incubation of Youth in the Ministry of SMEs has been a key element in shaping the youth entrepreneurship landscape in Cameroon.

Currently, as the Regional Delegate for Small and Medium Size Enterprises, Social Economy, and Handicrafts in the North West Region, Nganjo continues to be a driving force in the empowerment of youth and the promotion of sustainable entrepreneurial initiatives.

His expertise in entrepreneurship, policy development, and youth empowerment makes him an invaluable asset to Hope for a Better Future (H4BF).
