Meet Odette Akung Loh, a dedicated and accomplished leader in youth development and civic education, with a wealth of experience in public service. Odette has held various influential leadership positions, including Divisional Delegate of Youth Affairs and Civic Education for Menchum (2020-2024), and Regional Branch Head of the National Volunteering Programme (2017-2023).
Previously, Odette served as Regional Chief of Service for Community Life and Youth Participation (2014-2019), and Divisional Chief of Service for Civic Education, National Integration, Youth Insertion, and Volunteerism for Donga-Mantung (2014). Her extensive administrative experience includes her role as Divisional Chief of Bureau General Affairs for Ngoketunjia (2013).
Odette has been instrumental in various initiatives promoting youth development, health, and civic engagement. She served as the MINJEC Focal Point for the Primary Prevention of HIV/AIDS among youth and adolescents (2015-2019) and for the fight against Neonatal and Infant Mortality among youths and adolescents (2018-2022).
As a youth development and civic engagement expert, Odette is dedicated to empowering the next generation through innovative programs.
