Bisona Solange is a highly dedicated professional with a diverse background in agriculture, gender studies, and project management. Since joining Hope for a Better Future (H4BF) in 2019, she has demonstrated exceptional versatility and commitment to driving community development.
Throughout her tenure, Bisona has held several key roles, including Gender Officer and Agricultural Technician, where she worked to promote gender equality and empower women in agricultural initiatives. She also provided technical expertise to enhance farming practices and increase productivity.
In her current role as Program Coordinator, Bisona leads project development and implementation, overseeing the execution of various sustainable agricultural initiatives. She is responsible for writing and securing funding, ensuring that projects align with the organization’s mission of fostering sustainable development. Her passion for sustainable agriculture and her ability to integrate gender empowerment into agricultural projects make her an invaluable asset to the team.
