    Position Overview:
    H4BF is seeking a skilled IT Specialist with expertise in web development, graphic design, app development, and software management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining our digital platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences, and supporting the organization’s technological needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Web Development: Design, develop, and maintain the organization’s website to ensure it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligns with H4BF’s mission and branding.
    • Graphic Design: Create compelling visual content for digital platforms, including infographics, banners, and promotional materials, to effectively communicate H4BF’s initiatives and impact.
    • App Development: Develop and manage mobile applications that support H4BF’s programs and enhance user engagement.
    • Software Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of software solutions that streamline operations and improve efficiency within the organization.
    • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to staff and troubleshoot IT-related issues as they arise.
    • Training at HOBEFI: Teach students programming and web development, helping them build practical skills for the job market.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks).
    • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
    • Experience in mobile app development for both iOS and Android platforms.
    • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with non-technical staff.
    • Previous teaching or training experience is an added advantage.
