There is a lack of energy in certain isolated rural areas in Cameroon and in the whole Africa. Access to electricity improves the way of living of the people. It allows the health centers to have fridges where to keep vaccines, to attend ill people during night hours, permits the schools to give classes during evening hours, develops the economy of the communities affected creating the necessary employment to install, operate and maintain the renewable equipment allowing them to recharge mobile phones or connect machines as pumps, coffee mills, etc.

This project will help in a great way to provide affordable sources of energy to rural communities. These energy sources will help reduce the dependency on non-bio degradable fuels increase the livelihood of the villagers and reduce the environmental degradation.
